Founder and CEO
Greg Mesaros is the Founder, CEO, and Chair of Triadex, an award-winning marketing company he established in 2002 that uses innovative marketing solutions and proprietary data analytics to drive growth for multi-unit businesses. With over three decades of experience in marketing, technology, and business development, Greg has guided Triadex to become a nationally recognized leader in data-powered marketing solutions.
Before founding Triadex, Greg held leadership positions at GED Incorporated, Ziff-Davis, and Cyberex, and has launched several businesses listed on the Inc 500/5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Under his leadership, Triadex initiated the industry's first Environmental Offset Program. The sole inventor of 45 patents, Greg was a 2024 Inductee of the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame, with his biography archived at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American History. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Chief Strategy Officer
Stephen Farr-Jones brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across marketing, retail, and strategic consulting to his role as Chief Strategy Officer. He leads enterprise growth strategies and long-term planning, helping clients scale intelligently through a combination of data-driven insight and operational clarity.
Prior to Triadex, Stephen was the Founder and President of ADM Marketing, and held executive roles at The Walt Disney Company (international licensing and merchandising) and Activision Blizzard (VP of Marketing and Business Development). He also served as U.S. President of Coogi Australia. A graduate of the University of Sydney with a BA in Economics, Stephen began his career in strategic consulting with LEK, advising Fortune 500 companies across global markets.

Chief Product Officer
Brantley Smith brings more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, product innovation, digital transformation, and revenue operations to his role as Chief Product Officer. He leads the agency's product vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy, market demand, and long-term enterprise growth. Brantley is responsible for translating strategic opportunity into scalable, monetizable platforms that strengthen Triadex's service portfolio.
Prior to Triadex, Brantley founded and scaled HomePro Marketing, building performance-driven marketing systems for franchise and multi-location brands before its acquisition by Triadex. His background spans agency leadership, SaaS product development, and B2B/B2C digital marketing strategy, including scaling digital revenue from ~$1M to $40M+ ARR and generating more than 15 million homeowner leads across paid, organic, and partner channels.

Senior Vice President of Data, Analytics, and Innovation
Charles Howley is a data strategist, enterprise leader, and advocate for innovation, data literacy, and scalable transformation. As SVP of Data, Analytics & Innovation, he leads Triadex's data science, analytics, and IT services divisions - driving innovation from data pipelines and predictive modeling to scalable infrastructure and AI-powered insights.
Before Triadex, Charles held senior leadership roles at Deloitte leading enterprise data and analytics strategy. He authored the Data Strategy course for DataCamp and served as a lead instructor with Correlation One. Charles has held business intelligence leadership positions at Registria, Russ Reid, Hallmark Data Systems, and Group Publishing, and brings decades of experience across commercial, nonprofit, and B2B sectors. He holds an MBA from Colorado State University.

Senior Vice President, Revenue
Amanda Mangler brings over 15 years of experience in sales strategy, loyalty marketing, and cross-channel engagement to her role as SVP of Revenue. She leads enterprise revenue strategy and oversees national sales and account operations, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure measurable growth and sustained campaign performance.
Amanda's career spans senior leadership roles at Epsilon, Sears Holdings, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where she led data-driven CRM programs and multimillion-dollar campaigns for brands including ExxonMobil, Marriott, McDonald's, and Altria. She holds an MBA from Plymouth State University and a BA in Communications and Management from Ottawa University.

Vice President, Sales
Ryan Mogged is Vice President of Sales, where he leads national sales strategy, new client acquisition, and enterprise-level growth for multi-location brands. With more than 15 years of experience at Triadex, Ryan has played a pivotal role in delivering on the company's consultative sales approach and driving measurable results for clients across industries.
Ryan has risen from Account Manager to Director of Sales - National Accounts and now VP of Sales. His trajectory reflects both his deep understanding of data-powered marketing and his ability to build strong, trust-based client relationships. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of South Florida.

Vice President, Marketing
Linda Ritchie brings over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, B2B growth, and brand leadership to her role as Vice President of Marketing. She leads the company's marketing strategy and execution - building integrated, insight-driven programs that align brand, demand generation, and revenue performance. With a strong background in performance analytics and CRM strategy, Linda ensures marketing efforts deliver measurable business outcomes.
Her experience spans industrial technology, software, professional services, and automotive. Before Triadex, she led multi-million-dollar channel marketing initiatives at Honeywell, partnering with resellers such as CDW and Barcodes to drive product adoption and partner-led growth. She previously held senior roles at CDK Global (formerly ADP Dealer Services), advising automotive clients on CRM-enabled lifecycle marketing, and at Lauterbach & Amen in highly regulated financial markets. Linda holds an MBA in Marketing Management and Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
