Quality Control & Security

Data and document security

Adding “Quality Control” marks to each piece of your mail is one of the ways Triadex Services is able to print and mail your customer communications “faster, cheaper and better”.

Barcode

Tracks the postage so we get price breaks by combining orders that have same 5 digit zip code.  This will allow the USPS to put a tracking number or mailer ID to track when mail is delivered.  It also gives info on address changes.  IMB is required on both the outgoing and the remittance piece.  Triadex will have their own mailer ID so they can provide you with reports.

Audit Number

Intelligence camera inserters read this number so it can tell Triadex how many pieces are on the job ticket.  This ensures that every piece is accounted for.  The machine will automatically shut down if a piece is missing or there is a paper jam.

Gate Marks

Tells inserter how many pieces to fold and grab and put into each envelope.  This ensures there is no double stuffing.  Clients will receive large fines from HIPAA if patient receives another patient’s statement.  This type of quality control is also important for banking and other industries.

SSAE 16 Certified

Refers to a type of security certification that lots of banks and credit unions require.  In order to receive this certification, Triadex Services must follow a set of procedures they document.  These documents are then reviewed by someone outside of the company.  SSAE 16 supersedes the SAS 70 auditing standards for independent examination of and reporting on controls at service organizations.

NCOA

NCOA refers to the process of matching your addresses against the USPS Master Address database and automatically updating any “bad” addresses so you have less returned mail.
