SSAE 16 Certified refers to a type of security certification that lots of banks and credit unions require. In order to receive this certification, Triadex Services must follow a set of procedures they document and then have someone outside come in to check that they are following. SSAE 16 supersedes the SAS 70 auditing standards for independent examination of and reporting on controls at service organizations.
