FAQ > Quality Control > Why do you add a barcode and other marks to my invoices?
Triadex Services adds 3 different types of marks to your statements and invoice to ensure quality control.
- Barcode: tracks the postage so we get price breaks by combining orders that have the same 5-digit zip code (Ganging/Commingling).
- Audit Number: intelligence camera inserters read this number so it can tell Triadex how many pieces are supposed to print. Machine automatically shuts down if a piece is missing.
- Gate Marks: tells inserter how many pieces to fold and grab and put into each envelope. This ensure there’s not double stuffing (one patient’s info ends up in someone else’s envelope—large HIPPA fines for this)
